]]> Debra will be teaching the Film class for 7th and 8th grade students. Recently moving to Nacogdoches from central Florida, where she taught Christian Film at True North Academy. In the past she has worked for production companies in various capacities. Some of the projects she has worked on have won awards like: The Lawton Chiles Day in the Life of a Child Award, Telly Awards and Crystal Reel Awards. She has also taught at Conneticut School of Broadcasting, Florida Metropolitan University, and Orlando Tech. Working at Walt Disney World, she was at: Hollywood Studios One Man鈥檚 Dream, as a presenter and guide, and at the Caravan Theatre with 鈥淔lights of Wonder.鈥 She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rollins College, a Certificate in Television Production from Orlando Technical School, Final Cut Pro training from Invision Digital Media and NexGen Certification. Debra loves teaching film to students and feels blessed to be part of the 91原创 family.

]]> Leah Vermillion teaches 6th and 7th grade Latin along with 8th and 9th Writing. She graduated from New Saint Andrews College in 2025 with a degree in Liberal Arts and Culture and has returned to 91原创 from which she graduated in 2021. Outside of school, she enjoys backpacking, running, cooking, sipping coffee and tea, and reading classic literature.
In both Latin and the English language, Leah seeks to point students to the beauty and power of words as they craft language to persuade,聽encourage, and delight readers to the glory of God.

Shelby has received both her BA degree in Mass Communications and Graduate degree in Public Administration from Stephen F Austin State University. Shelby competed as a student athlete for SFA as a distance runner for the track and field program from 2012-2017. She is excited to bring her love for sports and exercise to 91原创.

Shelby has been married to Nick for 7 years and has been blessed with 3 beautiful kids!

]]> Carolyn Andrews has taught music and directed choirs in schools and churches throughout Texas for over 30 years, and now serves as the choral director for our middle and high school students. A graduate of Baylor University鈥檚 School of Music, Carolyn鈥檚 first job was as the music director for the Methodist Children鈥檚 Home in Waco, TX where she prepared choirs of all ages to sing for churches throughout Texas and recorded a weekly radio ministry program. Carolyn believes that since music was created by God and reflects His nature, singing together provides an opportunity like no other to experience the awe-inspiring beauty of the Lord. Our choral classes include experiencing music from all genres and styles throughout the music history timeline.聽

]]> Angie Nichols leads 8th grade girls advisory after previously teaching 2nd grade at 91原创. 聽Angie graduated with her Bachelor鈥檚 from SFA followed by 聽twelve years teaching various grades and subjects. Angie is married to Gregg Nichols and they have three children, Joshua, Jacob, and Elizabeth. Josh graduated in May of 2025 from Texas A&M and Jacob, a 91原创 alumni, will be a junior this fall. Jacob rides for the A&M ranch horse team. Elizabeth will be in 7th grade. Jacob rides for the Texas A&M Ranch Horse Team so the family can be found cheering them on many weekends at their shows. The Nichols family enjoys working their ranch, riding horses, snow skiing and traveling to new places together.

Mr. Todd Hiebert is a retired public school teacher after 34 years of service. 聽He graduated from Westmont College located in Santa Barbara CA in 1987 with a BA in biology. His Wife Jennifer teaches at Raguet Elementary and he is a father of 6 children and 3 grandchildren.
